International Sports Advisors, Inc. (ISA Football) is a full service sports agency specializing in the representation of professional football players. ISA Football was founded by Brooks Henderson and Don Henderson in 1992. Brooks and Don are both licensed as Contract Advisors by the National Football League Players Association. With over twenty-five years of experience each, Don and Brooks have negotiated over 250 million dollars worth of NFL contracts and have formulated and maintained positive relationships with a large network of league and union representatives. In 2018, I.S.A welcomed attorney and NFLPA licensed Contract Advisor Brant Richerson to the firm. Brant brings a wealth of legal knowledge and further expands our team of NFLPA licensed contract advisors.

Prior to the NFL Draft we assist in the selection of All-Star Games, we assist with pre-combine and pre-draft workout training, we prepare our players for NFL testing and personal interviews, and we aggressively market our players to all 32 NFL teams.

Our research and diligence in preparation for contract negotiations is second to none, and we go into every negotiation more knowledgeable and better prepared than our competition. We also spend as much time as needed explaining to you, the client, what we feel your value is and how we came to that conclusion. You are kept informed at every step along the way during the negotiation of your contract, and will therefore be extremely knowledgeable of your contract parameters upon its completion.

Although individual football players are some of the least marketable of the professional athletes, I.S.A. aggressively pursues endorsements and other commercial opportunities for our clients on a local and national level. We have been able to gain contracts for our players in athletic shoes and apparel, trading cards, product endorsements, personal appearances, autograph signings, radio and television shows and speaking engagements among others. Through our work in securing endorsements and appearances, I.S.A. is able to continuously build your value as a public figure and in turn increase your marketability.

We do, which is why we spend so much time assisting our athletes in preparation for the transition from playing career to post playing career. We begin from day one to prepare you and your family for life after football by: Assisting with degree completion and continuing education; Formulating, along with the client, a post-career business plan; Helping clients secure internships in prospective fields of interest; Assisting clients in job searches and the interview process.
